The Appointment marks a major milestone for ResiSure as the Renters’ Rights Act and Awaab’s Law reshape housing compliance across England.
UK property monitoring technology provider, ResiSure, has been appointed as a recognised supplier by the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), a major achievement that cements its position at the forefront of compliance innovation for landlords and property providers.
The announcement comes at a pivotal time for the UK’s housing sector, as Awaab’s Law comes into force in the social housing sector and the Renters’ Rights Act receives Royal Assent, both on 27th October. Together, these landmark reforms introduce tougher standards for property conditions, tenant safety, and compliance across both public and private housing.
The partnership will see ResiSure work alongside the NRLA to support more than 100,000 landlords and property providers with access to cutting-edge environmental monitoring solutions, helping them detect and prevent damp, mould, and condensation issues before they escalate into costly compliance breaches or legal disputes.
ResiSure further cemented this new relationship by exhibiting at the NRLA’s UK Housing Conference 2025 on 5th November, where the team showcased how its smart monitoring technology can help landlords and property providers stay compliant, protect tenants, and meet the growing expectations set out by the latest housing legislation.
Since its launch, ResiSure has focused on making compliance simple, proactive, and affordable. Its wireless, 5G-enabled IoT devices allow property providers to monitor humidity, temperature, and air quality in real time, with automated alerts and detailed reports that protect both tenants and portfolios.
Becoming an NRLA recognised supplier marks one of ResiSure’s key strategic goals since launch, underscoring its mission to help the UK housing sector meet rising regulatory standards through smart, data-driven technology.
James Auger, Head of Sales at ResiSure, commented:
“Being appointed as a recognised supplier by the NRLA is a huge milestone for us and a proud moment for the entire team. From day one, our goal has been to give landlords and property providers the tools to stay ahead of legislation, reduce risk, and protect their tenants.
With the Renters’ Rights Act and Awaab’s Law setting a new benchmark for housing standards, this partnership couldn’t come at a more important time. We’re excited to support NRLA members with the technology they need to ensure every property remains safe, compliant, and fit for the future.”
ResiSure’s appointment by the NRLA reflects the growing demand for digital compliance and condition monitoring solutions as the UK moves towards stricter housing regulation and a stronger emphasis on tenant wellbeing.
